Delivery time
As a general rule, our products are produced to order, and production times may vary from 2 to 5 working days.
We ship all items via Registered CTT, arriving at your home within 1 to 2 business days for mainland Portugal and 2 to 3 business days for the Azores and Madeira.
For the rest of the world, delivery time may vary up to around 15 days, so we advise you to always contact us if you have any questions.
Exchanges
Our products are lovingly handmade and made to order, so we always ask that you provide the correct details of your pet.
If an exchange is necessary, the customer has 14 working days after the shipping date.
The product must be in the same condition as when received, with no signs of use, with all labels and in the original packaging.
Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in exceptional cases.
Returns
