1. How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Items are generally made to order. It takes an average of 2 to 3 business days to ship.

2. What is the shipping method and cost?

Orders are always sent via CTT, by registered mail.
The shipping cost varies depending on the weight, and the price is set by the carrier.
We ship to mainland Portugal and the islands.

3. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment. Delivery times vary between 2 to 5 business days depending on the destination.

4. Is it possible to deliver by hand?

Yes, we deliver in person in the Vila Verde and Braga area. To arrange delivery, simply select the "Pickup in Person" shipping option and contact us by email or on our social media channels.

5. Can I make a custom order?

Yes, whenever you want something personalized you can send a message via our email or social media.

We can create personalized necklaces with names, initials or special dates. Just get in touch and tell us what you want. We will be happy to make your idea a reality.

6. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment by debit and credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, Multibanco, MBWAY and Bank Transfer.
All transactions are encrypted and secure.

7. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to several countries. The shipping cost will be calculated automatically at checkout. If your country does not appear, please contact us through our social networks.

8. What material is used in your necklaces?

Our necklaces are made from Paracord and non-toxic food-grade silicone. All materials are hypoallergenic and resistant to daily use.

9. Are our necklaces waterproof?

Our silicone necklaces are water resistant and should be avoided in salt water. If you want a necklace that is resistant to sea water, please contact us to have it produced with an adjustable Paracord clasp.

10. Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept exchanges and returns up to 14 days after the order is shipped, as long as the item is new and in its original packaging. If your item is customized, it cannot be exchanged or returned, unless it is defective.

11. What do I do if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with a photo of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue quickly!
