Scent balls are a great way to stimulate your pet's mind. Many animals prefer to "work" for their food, as the process of sniffing and searching for food stimulates their brain.
There are 5 sizes available:
- XS (9 cm in diameter) - for baby dogs or small dogs - up to 5 kg;
- S (12cm diameter) - for small dogs;
- M (15cm diameter) - for medium sized dogs;
- L (18 cm in diameter) - for large dogs;
- XL (22cm in diameter) - for giant dogs.
The advantages of Scent Balls are:
- Provide mental stimulation;
- Prevent them from eating too quickly;
- Reduce stress;
- Keep your dog entertained;
- Stimulate the sense of smell;
- Prevent canine dementia;
- Redirect problematic behaviors into positive ones.
Important information:
- Material: 100% polyester;
- Handmade - there may be 1/2cm variations in size;
- Colors may vary slightly in real life, but we always try to match them as closely as possible to reality;
- As with any product, you should supervise your pet while playing with any toy;
- A card with maintenance instructions is included with the order.
The balls can be washed by hand or machine. When washing in the machine, we recommend washing on low temperature and short spin. Do not put in the dryer.
Scent Balls are not intended to be a chew or tug toy and are recommended for use under supervision.

Delivery Time
As a general rule, our products are produced to order, and production times may vary from 2 to 5 working days.
We ship all items via Registered CTT, arriving at your home within 1 to 2 business days for mainland Portugal and 2 to 3 business days for the Azores and Madeira.
For the rest of the world, delivery time may vary up to around 15 days, so we advise you to always contact us if you have any questions.
Exchanges
Our products are lovingly handmade and made to order, so we always ask that you provide the correct details of your pet.
If an exchange is necessary, the customer has 14 working days after the shipping date.
The product must be in the same condition as when received, with no signs of use, with all labels and in the original packaging.
Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in exceptional cases.
Returns
