This Repellent Collar is made of Type III Paracord and can withstand a force of up to 250kg. Perfect for adventurous dogs looking for natural protection.
The collar is made based on the measurement of your pet's neck.
To measure your pet's neck circumference, use a soft measuring tape and wrap it snugly around the base of the neck. Record the measurement in centimeters and provide it before finalizing your purchase.
A correct measurement is essential for a perfect fit.
EM® Ceramics are ceramic spheres enriched with microorganisms (EM®) that disrupt ticks and other mosquitoes and prevent them from detecting your pet.
When using for the first time, you must activate the necklace with EM® Ceramics - place it in a container with clean water for 30 minutes and air dry.
EM® Ceramics should be reactivated at least once a month - place the necklace in a container with clean water for 15 to 20 minutes and dry it outdoors. In spring and summer we recommend reactivating the necklace twice a month.
Validity of EM® Ceramics: 1 year.
Origin of EM® Ceramics: EU.
As with other antiparasitic products, it does not guarantee 100% effectiveness.
The number of EM® Ceramics depends on the size of your pet's neck.

We ship all items via Registered CTT, arriving at your home within 1 to 2 business days for mainland Portugal and 2 to 3 business days for the Azores and Madeira.

Exchanges
Our products are lovingly handmade and made to order, so we always ask that you provide the correct details of your pet.
If an exchange is necessary, the customer has 14 working days after the shipping date.
The product must be in the same condition as when received, with no signs of use, with all labels and in the original packaging.
Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in exceptional cases.
